Below you will find complete details including camp locations, times, and answers to common questions we receive from parents.

We are entering our 37th season of offering these camps for ages 5 thru 12.

The primary goal of this program is to teach basic sports skills while promoting youth fitness in a fun, non-intimidating manner. Each camp begins with dynamic warm-ups, followed by sports drill stations. Flag football players progress to playing scrimmage games during the normal camp times. Cheerleaders learn jumps, chants & cheers throughout the program. Due to the huge variance in skill levels of the participants, we try to start out by teaching the beginning stage fundamentals and then progress quickly throughout the camp to more advanced skills. One of the things that we place a high importance on is keeping it fun and having the kids moving as much as possible during each Saturday session.

On the final 2 days of camp there are games played. There will be a home game and an away game. The home game will be held at normal camp times and the away game will be held during the opponent's normal camp times. Cheerleaders normally still practice at the day 5 game and then perform the routines they learned along the sideline during the day 6 game.

As part of this program we offer a youth physical fitness awards program where each participant will be eligible to earn a fitness certificate upon completion of all the requirements necessary.
